Your download of VeltoDesk.exe should start automatically. If it does not, use the button below.

1. Find the file — Open your Downloads folder and look for VeltoDesk.exe.
2. Run the file — Double-click VeltoDesk.exe to start the app. No installation wizard is required.
3. If Windows asks for permission — Click Yes / Allow / Run anyway so VeltoDesk can open.
4. Note your ID — On the home screen you will see your VeltoDesk ID. Share that ID with the person who needs to connect to you.
5. Optional: set an access password — Use Set access / password so trusted people can connect without clicking Accept every time.

If SmartScreen says “Windows protected your PC”, click More info → Run anyway. The file is digitally signed.
